Day five and welcome to the wild west.
Lorelei James…makes my Alberta born blood heat up. I kick back to the days of hanging out at the Calgary Stampede and ogling the cowboys. Or visiting the ranch and taking slow slow trail rides in the foothills of the Rockies.
Lorelei writes them hot, and she writes them so well. I've enjoyed dipping into the world she's created with the Rough Riders and she inspired me to try my hand at my own cowboy books. I had to set my boys where I know, so the Six Pack Ranch is located in my old stomping grounds–Alberta bound.
Lorelei is also branching out into the cousins in the Wild West books. She's got a new series releasing this summer from NAL, and the Blacktop Cowboys look to be just as exciting. These men and women work hard, play hard and love with everything in them.
My favorite book is Tied Up and Tied Down. Kade as a hero? ***swoons***
