Historical, paranormal, scifi, fantasy I like almost every kind of romance. Contemporary is the only one so far that can’t hold my attention.
Thanks for the heads up, Viv! I love all different genres now, but when I first started reading romance, I was a strictly contemporary kind of girl. Finally I picked up a historical (pretty much by accident), loved it, and then it was contemps and historicals. A couple years ago, under pressure from friends who read more widely, I picked up a paranormal, and that was it–I can’t resist anything now! It’s amazing what a wide world is out there–all kinds of worlds and characters and stories… Just not enough time! 😉

I will read romance in just about in sub-genre. Actually I like to switch them up so I don’t get bored with any one category. I’ll read a contemp, then a historical, then urban fantasy or PNR, then I’ll start all over again. I’ve recently started reading fantasy romance also. I have to say, SciFi romance is about the only kind I don’t read, but I should try it.
