What would you consider a GRAND prize? Help me out here, and give me a few ideas. I've got some nice things falling into place, but I'd love to know what you're thinking would get you excited.

Being the book lover that I am, I love to win books. Print or ebook doesn't really matter for me.
What else do I love to win, well I know it is kind of boring, but I also love to win e-gc….yes, so I can buy more books 🙂 I like Amazon, & Books on Board the most.
As for what I could win, I definitely prefer to know what the book is ahead of time (especially if it is not a new release). I would hate to win a book that I already own, and take the chance to win it from someone else. However if it is a book that is brand spanking new, or yet to be released, then a surprise could be fun.

It's nice to receive a book that may be new to you, but I love picking a book I may want. My choice of books would be my preference.
My preference is to win books that are already set out.. this usually gets me to read some new authors I might not have checked out before.
As for a grandprize… I love grandprizes that include not only a book or two, but some swag and a gift card. I hope I'm not alone in this.. but I love swag!

I've turned into such a book worm. I prefer print books and ebooks. I like knowing whats offered ahead especially if its a new release.
As far as grand prize, a GC to Amazon or BN is pretty wonderful.

Hope I'm not too late to offer my two cents!
I too prefer knowing what I am trying to win rather than being surprised (and then already owning that book). On the other hand, a choice of backlist is always nice too so I can try to get a hard-to-find book.
I also enjoy gift cards, especially if there is a choice. I prefer Barnes & Noble, but will take anything offered.
I always get excited when I find that there's something else included, such as a notepad, Post-It notes, and/or pens from the author(s). I know these things don't cost much for me to buy all by myself, but I enjoy showing off these winnings to others! Sometimes I will even give the pen or paper away if I think there's a chance my friend might buy the author's books (as it's easier for friends to remember the author's name when they have "pen in hand").
I guess the bottom line is that we love to win just about anything related to books. Whatever you wish to offer is just fine; we are very appreciative.
